Combining pomegranate, the Middle East’s favorite fruit, with rum and lime in a classic, legally protected cocktail. A perfect combination of things we love, and the newest addition to our happy hour menu. 5-8, all day Sundays.

EPILOGUE

And with that the Foursquare Rum Distillery Exceptional Cask Selection is concluded. The final release in this iconic series from the legendary rum distillery in Barbados. 19 years in ex-bourbon cask, it’s a perfectly balanced oaky dream.

We’ve got a limited quantity for pouring and bottles for sale, plus many other Foursquares from the ECS, Doorly’s, and Velier lines. We are, after all, your DC Foursquare destination!

As for what’s next, only Richard Seale knows, but as he says, we’ll find out in due course.

Hey DC Rum Rebels and other rum lovers! Probitas Rum Green is here!

We’re hosting a launch event with Luke Tullos , from their importer 𝙰 𝙻 𝚃 𝙰 𝙼 𝙰 𝚁 𝙱 𝚁 𝙰 𝙽 𝙳 𝚂. He’ll lead a seminar on Probitas, the collaboration between Foursquare Rum Distillery and Hampden Estate , and guide you through a tasting of both Probitas releases, plus individual rums from Foursquare and Hampden.

Tickets are now on sale for the seminar and tasting at 7pm - the link is in our bio.

Then, once that has concluded, we’ll be using both Probitas releases as our featured spirits for our weekly Late Night Happy Hour. Discount Daiquiri, anyone?

Happy May Day!

New on the menu, just in time for the Derby, and honoring Iran with another cocktail:

RIVAS BERRY JULEP

Taking our classic rhubarb julep and adding seasonal organic strawberries, with 101 bourbon, along with mint, rose, and other Persian flavors. Did you know the word “julep” comes via the Arabic “jallab” and ultimately from Persian “golab”, meaning rose water?

Strawberries, mint, and crushed ice also give it the colors of the Iranian flag. As always, we support peace and freedom for the people of Iran!

Levant Heights Single Pot Still Malt & Wheat Whisky:
Forged in the heart of Mount Lebanon from malted barley mashed and fermented with wheat, triple distilled and aged in white oak, with notes of almond, caramel, smoke, spice, and vanilla.

Levant Heights Dark Malt Single Malt Whisky:
A tribute to the Lebanese heights of Mount Hermon, home to the palace of Baal, the Canaanite god of the seasons and fertility. Made from highly roasted imperial dark malted barley, double distilled with notes of vanilla, condensed milk, maple syrup, molasses, chocolate, toffee, and espresso.

Arak Al Jouzour:
Triple distilled from obeidi grapes and the finest aniseed from Hina, it’s smooth, intense, and refreshing with a huge natural sweetness from the quality of the anise.
