Originally opened in 2014 by the owners of the acclaimed Jack Rose Dining Saloon, the new space retains much of the cozy, intimate feel of the former cellar. dining & cocktail tables. Lastly, a Vintage Spirit “Showquarium” houses over 100 bottles dating back to the early 1920s. Known to be one of the region’s most creative, well executed & meticulously crafted cocktail programs the current theme
will change every few months but will always revolve around three main house ingredients, along with a small section of “Constant Classics”. The diversity of each ingredient is showcased in different styles of cocktail, ranging from artfully delicate, to culinary influenced, to decadent & spirit forward.
