Welcome to McClellan's Retreat, a place to retire, retreat, a place to saddle up to the bar and enjoy a lovingly made cocktail, a strong drink, a savory snack and a bit of conversation. If you squint just right, you will notice that you stand in the shadows of McClellan's statue directly up the block. Former members of his army commissioned the statue, mostly in gratitude for not pressing them int

o battle and not getting them shot. So raise your mug to the man and say, "Salute!"

Join us on Tuesday, June 23 from 4-7pm as we celebrate the release of Retro, the debut novel from one of our own McClellanites, Jessica M. Goldstein!

Copies of Retro will be available for purchase on-site from Bridge Street Books, and Jessica will be signing books and reading from the novel throughout the evening.

We'll also be serving Jessica's signature "Retro" cocktail, made with Woodford Reserve, Bénédictine, and lemon, alongside Old Fashioneds featuring Old Forester.

Plus, our friends from Brown-Forman will be in-house pouring selections from their Distillery Row Series and sharing a taste of one of America's oldest continuously operating distilleries.
