Highway 89 🍑
Toasted peach, reposado tequila, house-made hot honey, orange liqueur, and a kiss of tajin.

The Trellis 🍇
White wine-rosé blend infused with lucky sorrel, grape syrup, elderflower liqueur, lemon juice.

Rosso Romano 🍓
Raspberry-infused blanco tequila, red chili syrup, amaretto, strawberry, lemon, silky egg white.

A Sun-Kissed Heirloom 🍅
Burrata-washed vodka, charred tomato and basil, dry vermouth, saline, umami bitters.

Earl After Hour ☕🍸
Earl grey tea vermouth meets Japanese coriander-lemon gin and a bold pour of Campari — our take on the negroni, dressed for summer at L'Annexe.
