With 2026 on the horizon, we are busy planning our 30th year anniversary.
More Tea Vicar exploded into life on the 26th Jan 1996.
Around about this time back then we were peppering cars at raves and events with a yellow flyer that said nothing but "More Tea Vicar"?
One lad took it off his car windscreen, looked at it, turning it over to hunt for the usual list of DJ names and venue, date etc - But there was no info - He shouted More Tea Vicar and discarded it.
Right then I knew it was good name.
It was the start of a 30 year happening, with a massive hiatus whilst we all got into having careers, children and building lives.
When we brought it back 4 years ago it was like we'd never stopped. The vibe at MTV is unique. Its energy really does lend itself to occasional and whimsical.
More Tea Vicar music selectors bridge the gap between the esoteric underground through ethereal heart opening melodies onto classics that remind us of where it all began.
In 2026 we have happenings in Cambridge (more info soon) and a huge one day festival in Glastonbury to look forward to.
Here is my mix that reflects the energy that we are proud to give to the world, one event at a time, and always with love! ❤️
