Transmission is an underground Cambridge club night focused on delivering the best of electronic music with lush, beautiful melodies and hypnotic driving bass lines across the genres of progressive house, melodic techno, psytrance and trance. From the hearts of three Cambridge based DJs with over 35 years of Djing experience between them, we aim to bring you music from the very best producers all over the world, to get lost and smile to on the dancefloor. Introducing our DJs:

Teknaut is the musical alias of Greig Skivington who has released on Yomo Records and played at Haz, Synthetika and Lost in Sound sessions in the past. His love of lush melodies and intricate building soundscapes with see him playing tracks from the likes of Alex O’Rion, Kasper Koman and Khen just to name a few. George has been spinning tunes off and on since the late 90’s, starting out playing trance and Nu NRG before starting to move towards more disco oriented house music. During this time, she played extensively across London’s underground venues, including the Fridge, 414, the Soundshaft, the Stratford Rex, Cloud 9, George IV and the main floor at Heaven amongst others. In recent times she has been enjoying a range of music, anything from heavier techno to the deeper and melodic side of techno and more uplifting, warm, house-oriented sounds. Nixiro is a local talented psy-trance producer who is exploring the space between progressive house and psy-trance. Calling on his experience as a keyboard player and lead guitarist and inspired by artists such as Symbolic, Outsiders and E-Clip, he has released on labels such as Geomagnetic, Sting Records and Goa Records. Expect hypnotic rolling basslines with psychedelic sounds and bubbling riffs.

We’re back in November! For this event we are very excited to be welcoming a very special guest - our good friend and head honcho of Found Sounds - Petah!

▶️Found Sounds is a Cambridge Club night that has shaped the city’s underground scene for eight years, and Petah’s dedication to the scene has played a vital role in inspiring DJs and promoters to collaborate and strengthen the local music community. Musically, Petah spans deep house, tech house, minimal techno, deep techno, and hypnotic techno, crafting sets that resonate as deeply with the mind and soul as they do with the body. We can’t wait to welcome Petah to the decks, and spend the rest of the evening together with the Found Sounds crew (more on this below) 🙌

👉However the fun doesn’t stop here!! This event is pre-party for local techno legends Found Sounds 8th birthday celebration at Kiki following on immediately after, so be ready for a quick dash between venues for a full night of music early to late ▶️

🎟️ The The Blue Moon will be free entry all evening. For Found Sounds at Kiki be sure to get your ticket in advance via details in event listing: https://fb.me/e/3aQ4RIE6o
