Always wanted to hang out on a beach drinking Wind Cries Mary cocktails? Well now you can! Join us for our 3rd year in a row of our favourite event June 6th and 7th 2026 in beautiful Tofino.
We’ll be serving snacks and cocktails for both days of the event. Come say hi to Chef David, and bar team Nikita and Josh.

It is with great sadness that we announce the departure of our Director of Operations, our restaurant papa, Clayton. After 7 amazing years, opening 3 restaurants, and about 20,000 martinis, Clayton is moving to Vancouver!
He was the first person to work in the front of house, our first bar manager, first general manager, and so many more firsts. Clayton built the furniture, built the team, built the culture. He’s been the foundation of our restaurants since the very beginning.
We are forever grateful for everything Clayton has done for the restaurant, staff, and community. To say we’ll miss him is an understatement, but we are excited to go and visit him in the big city.
If you want to come and say your goodbyes to the big guy, he’ll be tending the WCM bar this Friday for a full circle moment.
Clayton, we love you and we’re so proud of what you’ve accomplished. Thank you for everything you’ve done.

Our girl’s flying the coop, to another coop, just down the road!
We are excited to announce that the fastest bartender this side of the Strait of Georgia, Maren, is heading over to our new location .vic as their lead bartender.
Maren’s not just a cat mom, prep machine, maker of souptinis, she’s also a great friend, trainer, and co worker.
While we’ll miss her behind our bar, we are excited to go and visit her down the road. Maren we can’t wait to see all the things you accomplish at Birdman, we know you’ll come visit, if only for the Mac and cheese.
