Thank you, Victoria!

Our first month of Birdman has been an absolute dream.

What started as a fun pandemic project, something to keep us busy, creative, and connected, has grown into one of our favourite places to gather over great food, cold drinks, and good company.
To our incredible opening team: thank you. You put in long days, navigated countless challenges, and somehow managed to do it all with grace, humour, and hospitality. The amount of chicken you’ve served this month is nothing short of heroic.
To our community: thank you for showing up for us in ways we never could have imagined. You packed the dining room, filled the bar seats, brought your friends, spread the word, and sold us out of food and drinks more times than we’d like to admit.

And to everyone we haven’t had the pleasure of serving yet, we can’t wait to welcome you in for lunch, happy hour, dinner, or a late-night bite.

One month down. We’re just getting started.

Char gives the people what they want—and what they want is dangerously delicious cocktails.
Meet Forest Bathing: cool as a cucumber (probably because of all the cucumber we juiced into it). Built with Tofino Distillery cedar gin, nettle acid, and a bright, green forest aromatic, it’s equal parts refreshing and intriguing.
Basically, it’s like taking a walk through the woods... if the woods made exceptional cocktails.

With .vic having its very own home down the road, we have decided to update our late night offerings.
We’re talking grilled cheeses, fancy mac & cheese, and happy hour snacks. Maybe the best part, you can now add a piece of signature fried chicken to anything on the menu.
Pasta and fried chicken? You bet.
Salad and chicken? Of course!
Tater tots and chicken? Duh!

Always wanted to hang out on a beach drinking Wind Cries Mary cocktails? Well now you can! Join us for our 3rd year in a row of our favourite event June 6th and 7th 2026 in beautiful Tofino.
We’ll be serving snacks and cocktails for both days of the event. Come say hi to Chef David, and bar team Nikita and Josh.
