Maybe this is your new Orange Crush?!?!

Our Everyday Happy Hour Negroni is made with Local Citrus Gin, Aperol and a Light Bodied Sweet Vermouth - nicely balanced for a cheeky "just on the way home" or an "on the way out to Dinner" drink.

Note: This is our Last Wednesday service as we move to a 4 Day Trade from next week (Thursday - Sunday). Don't worry, Happy Hour is 5-7pm each day we are open.

Hi All,

We will be closing Wednesdays after next week - as we find the Day consistently underperforms and the numbers don't lie.

Increased costs mean it's not worthwhile to open as occasionally it costs more money to staff the shift than we make over the Bar. Aside from optimistic thinking, decisive action needs to be taken.

Long story short - August 19th will be our last Wednesday as we instead shuffle those labour hours into having two staff on Thursday Evenings and Saturday Afternoons.

We're not going anywhere - a big Summer season is coming, and we will be drilled and ready for it Xo.
