We're Hiring! Alright lads and ladies — Calling all Chefs! (and anyone who knows their way around a proper kitchen)!

We’re on the hunt for a talented chef to join the team at Roberts on Oxford in Leederville, Perth as we are expanding our food service due to popular demand. Someone with solid kitchen experience in particular with Irish style / gastropub cuisine, (grill, pans, or all-rounder).

👨‍🍳 What we’re looking for:
- Solid kitchen experience (grill, pans, or all-rounder)
- Ability to handle a busy service without losing the head
- Good attitude, reliable, and up for being part of a strong team

A bit of creativity doesn’t hurt either

🍽️ What you’ll get:
- Great team environment (plenty of craic, but we take the food seriously)
- HIGA - Competitive pay based on experience level.
-Consistent hours. Monday to Sunday inc Public Holidays Min 30+ hours PW.
-Opportunity to grow with the venue.
- Minimum 6 Months commitment.

1 or more years of experience in a similar role is essential; approved manager certification is a bonus. We’re seeking ongoing casual bar staff, with 20–40 hours per week on offer starting off under the HIGA Level 2 casual award rate. We are looking for dedicated staff to join the crew, with both part-time and full-time positions also available! Weekend availability preferred, with a mix of evening and daytime shifts on offer.

Robert's On Oxford is a family favourite pub in our neighbourhood with a buzzing atmosphere and a menu full of pub classics, freshly made cocktails, Guinness and good vibes. You’ll be joining a tight-knit, energetic crew that loves what they do and brings their best to every shift.
