It was one of the cocktails introduced to me when I first started off in hospitality with not much knowledge of cocktails, and while it may not be the best cocktail in many peoples eyes, it was a stepping stone in my experience to want to learn more about cocktail making and an ode to the bartenders I met when i first joined the industry 🍄
