Join us every Sunday, 10:30 AM–12:30 PM at Dance Underground, 340 15th Ave E, Seattle. Experience free-form movement in a safe and non-judgmental space. It's a place to Move, Breath, Connect, Meditate, and Play! There are also percussion instruments to play with the music, an altar for sacred space and an ending sharing circle. Ecstatic Dance Seattle meets twice every week:
