As you have probably heard Gov. Jay Inslee announced limitations on public events as well as many school closures and other changes with the goal of slowing the spread of Covid-19 and improving community health.

In these interests, the regular Thursday night dance is canceled through the end of March.

Current classes are on hold, as I have been discussing with those students separately. Future classes and options will be announced later. I will reassess the situation for plans for April and beyond based on continued information from health officials.

It certainly will be challenging for many businesses, artists, and individuals to manage these complications as they continue to unfold. That said, I look forward to when we can all comfortably and safely come together to enjoy the social connection and fun activity of this dance and as a larger community.
