🌮 Pork Belly Tostada — crispy pork belly, grilled sweet corn, Peppadew peppers, cilantro crema & chimichurri on a house-made tostada.

🧀 Kaldereta Mac & Cheese — a Filipino classic meets creamy mac & cheese with savory Angus beef, potatoes, peppers & seasoned breadcrumbs.

🥭 Mango Float — sweet Carabao mangoes layered with Biscoff cookie crust, whipped cream & condensed milk.

🍐 Pearanormal Activity — a refreshing mocktail with pear, coconut water, lime & ginger.
