anyone else knee deep in the TPD Anthology? It has us focusing deeply on healing. ❤️‍🩹 Wanted to shout you out and give a little encouragement and love! ❤️
If you’re healing generational pain and trauma. Understand that every layer of pain you let yourself feel , you focus and heal is a wound that previous generations were unable to and because of your difficult and dedicated work future generations will no longer need to. Happy Sunday.
