Apple c***r season is officially here, and weโ€™re leaning in. Our ๐…๐š๐ฅ๐ฅ ๐…๐จ๐ซ๐ฐ๐š๐ซ๐ cocktail brings together Amaricano Bianca or Rossa with fresh apple c***r, bourbon or rye, bright lime and a touch of allspice for a cocktail thatโ€™s cozy, balanced and just bitter enough. Choose Bianca for a brighter, more botanical pour or Rossa for something richer and deeper. Either way, it tastes like fall in a glass.

1.5 oz Amaricano Bianca or Rossa
2 oz Apple C***r75 oz Bourbon or Rye5 oz fresh lime juice
Barspoon Allspice Dram
Shake, Strain, Serve Up

๐‘€๐‘’๐‘กโ„Ž๐‘œ๐‘‘: Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well until chilled, then double strain into a chilled coupe or Nick & Nora glass. Garnish with a thin apple slice or lime wheel and serve immediately.

๐ด ๐‘™๐‘–๐‘ก๐‘ก๐‘™๐‘’ ๐‘ก๐‘–๐‘: For an extra fall touch, dust the apple garnish very lightly with cinnamon or freshly grated nutmeg. And if youโ€™re making cocktails for a crowd, everything except the fresh lime juice can be combined ahead of time and kept chilled, making it easy to shake and serve when guests arrive.

Grab your pup, put on your best costume, and join Fast Penny Spirits and Seattle Barkery for a Howl-O-Ween celebration filled with treats for dogs and humans alike. Doors open at 5:30 PM so you can grab a drink and mingle before cookie decorating begins at 6 PM with a demonstration from the Seattle Barkery team. Then itโ€™s your turn to decorate skull and pumpkin dog cookies to take home to your favorite four-legged friend. The cookie decorating experience will run approximately 60โ€“90 minutes, but thereโ€™s no need to rush off afterward. Stay for cocktails and zero-proof sips, shop Seattle Barkery and Fast Penny, and enjoy the evening with your pup. No dog? No problem! Come hang out, decorate a treat for a favorite dog friend, and join in the fun.

A little treat for the humans, too. Pre-order Fast Penny cocktails for $12 each when you register. Weโ€™ll also have some fun gifts for guests who pre-register, so booking ahead is a treat! Costumes are highly encouraged for pups and their people, but not required. Come ready to decorate, sip, shop, and celebrate spooky season together.

A few cocktails carry the same timeless appeal as the Negroni. First mixed in Florence in 1919 when Count Camillo Negroni asked for his Americano with gin instead of soda, the Negroni quickly became a global icon. With its perfect balance of bitter, sweet, and botanical flavors, it has inspired countless riffs while holding strong to its classic roots.

Each year, bartenders and spirits lovers come together for Negroni Week (this year it's September 22 to 28), a worldwide celebration of this legendary cocktail and a fundraiser for great causes. Itโ€™s the perfect excuse to sip, experiment, and toast to over a century of Negroni history. To join in, weโ€™re sharing a few of our favorite Negroni variations, from bold and spirit-forward to lighter, more playful twists, that show just how versatile this cocktail can be.

Amaricano Zero brings everything we love about amaro to the glass, without the alcohol. Layered, bittersweet, and beautifully complex, itโ€™s crafted with a thoughtful blend of botanicals including gentian, hibiscus, cocoa nibs, apricot, Rainier cherries, lemon balm, elderflower, chamomile, saffron, juniper, and yarrow. Bright citrus and floral notes give way to rich fruit, gentle spice, and a satisfyingly bitter finish, creating the depth and complexity you expect from Amaricano.

Made for gathering, Zero is delicious poured over ice with an orange twist, mixed with lemonade or hibiscus punch, topped with sparkling water, or shaken into your favorite zero-proof cocktail. Whether youโ€™re skipping alcohol for the night, cutting back, or simply looking for something deliciously different, Zero makes sure you never have to skip the ritual. Our first batches have been disappearing quickly, and a limited number of bottles are currently available at the distillery while we ramp up production for the holidays.
