Underwear Night - Maybe?*
Sunday, September 20
* If we get enough volunteers by August 16

We're hoping to hold another underwear night on September 20 at Sundance Saloon. However, it's a volunteer-intensive night, and we don't want to get caught short. So, here's the plan. We'll proceed if we get enough volunteers signed up by August 16.

As of August 4 we have several more shifts to fill:

Set-up: 4-5 pm (2)
Clothes-check: 8-9 pm, 9-10 pm (2), 10-10:30 pm (2)
Front door: 9-10 pm
If you can take one of these shifts, email us at [email protected], or sign up on-line if you have a volunteer account.

Participation in the underwear night is entirely optional. You can come on down and have a normal night of dancing, whether you participate or not. This night is meant to be a fun (and even a little silly), and a time for us to celebrate all body sizes, shapes, and types. And by all means, stay fully clothed, if that's what you're comfortable with.

The Hoedown South convention in Atlanta started last night and has been a tremendous success. They have a great hotel, excellent instructors, and packed evening dances. And huge attendance! Around 50 from Sundance are attending. This picture shows some of the Sundance people in Atlanta this weekend.
