Sundance Saloon presents intermediate-level workshops with four-time US Open Swing Dance Champion Michelle Kinkaid on Sunday, June 21 in the loft at Sundance Saloon.

• INTERMEDIATE WEST COAST SWING • 5:15 - 6:10 pm. You should be completely comfortable with basic WCS moves including push break, underarm turn, left and right side pass, and 8-count whips.
• INTERMEDIATE NIGHT CLUB TWO-STEP • 6:15 - 7:10 pm. You should be completely comfortable with basic NCTS.

Classes are $10 each (in addition to the $7 admission fee to Sundance Saloon). Partner dance classes are limited to 8 leaders and 8 followers. Advance registration required.

Tickets are on sale now for the Friday night dance before SF Pride. We will be at the fabulous Bayview Opera House. $20 in advance; $30 at the door. 

Friday night is part of our big pride celebration!
1. Thursday night pride dance at Sundance Saloon.
2. Friday night at the Bayview Opera House.
3. Saturday outdoors at the Civic Center. 1:00-4:30, it’s a smaller group at the Civic Center location with mostly line dancing.
4. Sunday outdoors at the Civic Center. 11:00 – 6:00.  Full day of dancing.

Sundance in the Castro - May 2, 2026. What a great afternoon of dancing in the street, in our community’s neighborhood in the Castro. We extended a special welcome to lots of new folks who were discovering CW dancing for the first time. Special thanks to the support from the City of San Francisco for making this possible.

We have a new game at Sundance Saloon SF! At our 28th anniversary party, we designated this two-step as our “anniversary dance” and asked folks to change partners every 30 seconds, as we had 28 years of photos and videos running in the background (showing 2019-2020 here).
