Ssssshhh🤫…this one may not be on the menu anymore, but we’ve definitely still got it in the arsenal.

heirloom tomatoes, whole milk mozzarella, basil pesto, fresh spinach, and balsamic glaze, pressed gently until warm and tender. Get it on Cuban or focaccia or sourdough, served with your choice of chips, a salad, a cup of soup, or some TOTS!
