Who We Are
The concept for Lazy Susan was first hatched in early 2019, while I was on a date night with my wife. While we were at dinner, I looked around the room to notice at least one person at every table had their face buried in their phone and were inherently missing real life happening right in front of them. This is not to say that I myself, haven’t been guilty of this same thing, but to do it in a restaurant seemed like such a waste.
I think it’s time we bring a little mid century to our modern era. Let’s get back to enjoying time with friends as much as we enjoy our food. We don’t do free wifi, we don’t do TVs, we like it analog. From our turntables loaded with tapas to our turntables loaded with vinyl records, Lazy Susan is about gathering together with friends and loved ones over food, wine, and the best era of music ever recorded.
