Brooklyn-based DIY jazz quartet ‘cows’ emphasizes melody, raw energy, and unscripted interplay, creating accessible yet undiluted music. The band, featuring Ely Perlman, Salim Charvet, Yoni Ben Ari, and Christian Napoleon, developed their unique  musical chemistry while playing weekly during their studies at Berklee College of Music. After a two-year hiatus pursuing individual paths, they reunited to release their debut self-titled EP in July 2026. The band’s live approach is heavily informed by their experiences as improvisers and producers.

One of the most prominent and unique trumpeters of his generation, ITAMAR BOROCHOV brings his deep and ever-expanding love for the jazz tradition to his latest project ‘CONTRAFACT’, whilst drawing from a broad palette of influences reflecting his rich global landscape. The all-star 4-piece and masters of swingcraft explore classic and lesser-known Blue Note tracks and the 60s hard-bop canon in soulful
re-interpretations of music by Kenny Dorham, Thelonious Monk, Freddie Hubbard, and Joe Henderson alongside rhythmically rich and melodically focused Borochov originals.

Itamar grew up in Jaffa, Israel and began playing trumpet at the age of eleven, immersing himself in the discovery of the jazz trumpet lineage from Louis Armstrong to Miles Davis to Wynton Marsalis, a passion which led to him relocating to New York in his mid-twenties, where he attended the New School and was taught by famed bebop pianist Barry Harris. Now Brooklyn-based, he’s creating his own story, bringing his Middle-Eastern roots to a classic jazz setting, over three acclaimed albums as a leader to date and extensive international touring including such prestigious venues and festivals as Lincoln Center, The Kennedy Center, SummerStage at Central Park, Roskilde Festival, Montreal Jazz Festival, London Jazz Festival, Moscow Jazz Festival, and many
