DRINK KONG LANDS IN SARDINIA: INTRODUCING DRINK KONG BAJA SARDINIA

The aromas of the Mediterranean and the authentic flavors of Sardinia will shape both the cocktail program and the food offering of this new project for Summer 2026.

Starting July 11, Drink Kong will take over the bar at the beautiful Club Esse Cala Bitta resort in Baja Sardinia, transforming it into an exclusive pool bar where guests can immerse themselves in vibrant atmospheres and signature Kong-style experiences.

The cocktail list will feature a selection of our Heritage Cocktails—the iconic signatures that have defined the Drink Kong style over the years—alongside new creations developed exclusively for the season by the team led by Patrick Pistolesi . Together, they offer a journey through the region, celebrating Mediterranean ingredients, aromas, and inspirations, interpreted through the contemporary language that defines Drink Kong.

The same philosophy extends to the culinary offering, curated by Andrea Lubrano , Executive Chef at Club Esse Cala Bitta.
His selection of contemporary tapas brings together the convivial spirit of Spanish tradition with the distinctive identity of Sardinia, reimagined through an international perspective.

A meeting point between creativity, hospitality, and local identity, designed to accompany the evenings of Summer 2026 in one of the Mediterranean’s most iconic destinations.

GAIJIN is one of the most iconic cocktails on our menu, served in a special ceramic glass to be held with two hands

NIKKA WHISKY coffey grain is blended with a miso and pineapple cordial, and the whole mixture is clarified with a milk wash.

Last MidNite Chef event will close with the excellence of cuisine and his 3 Michelin Stars.

Giancarlo Perbellini developed a passion for cooking from an early age within his family.
A passion that kept growing and led him to gain experience in some of the most renowned Italian and French restaurants.

In 1989, he opened his restaurant Perbellini, and in 1996 he earned his first Michelin star, followed by a second star in 2002.
In 2014, he opened , and in the following years he pursued many other projects across Italy, culminating in the achievement of his third Michelin star in 2024. ✨

His cuisine goes beyond the boundaries of classical tradition, creating a personal style in constant evolution.
He defines himself as a craftsman of taste, capable of transforming technique, emotion, and creativity into unique gastronomic experiences.
