- Add the seeds and membranes of 2 jalapeños to 350 ml Blanco tequila
- infuse for 10 minutes
- strain
- taste
- make 7 spicy margaritas 🤤
- repeat.

New menu is here! 🍂

Autumn is here and that means boozier drinks.
As you might notice, I am still a bit nostalgic for the summer (some juicy fruits are still in your favourite cocktails).

Highlights:
- the very beloved Mango Masala 🥭 gets to stay a bit longer under 'guest favourites'. Yes, also the non alcoholic Version 🙌
- The 'Tan Line' cocktail! A very cool experimental drink that is inspired on the flavour of chorizo 🤤. (No meat was involved in the making of this drink)
- The Cursive Kisser: an absolutely beautiful non alcoholic drink that is simply more than the sum of its parts 💋
- and finally, a brand new bar bite! Juicy pickled cherry tomatoes. Tiny, very addictive Umami flavour bombs 🍅
