Here, the vibes are chill, relaxed, and there’s no rush to leave your table. Stay for one drink… or the whole night 🤗

Our food is freshly made, and every cocktail is shaken on the spot with fresh ingredients — no prefab mixes or cocktails coming from a tap 🍋‍🟩🌿🌶️

That also means that during busy moments, food & drinks might take a little longer, and sometimes we sell out of certain dishes.

But good things are always worth waiting for 😋

Our opening weekend was a blast 🔥

Everyone that was invited to our pre-opening, thanks for sharing so nice pictures and video’s of us, you truly helped spread the word that we are BACK IN BUSINESS! 🌮🍸🎉

Thanks & for serving the best Latin beats next to the delicious cocktails made by our mixologists en and the love-fueled food by chef

Our Nacho Vulcano makes a comeback this summer! ☀️

It was our signuture dish in the beginning days of Mexcalli: nachos loaded with chili con carne (or chili sin carne with lentils 😉), cheese, avocado cream, sour cream, tomato, onion & jalapenos 🌶️

Our chef had to make it so much she got tired of that dish. A true love hate relationship really 😝

But every summer, people who knew us from the beginning, where asking for it so…after a small break from the Nacho Vulcano, its time bring it back❤️

Because in the end, if that’s what you guys want, that’s what you guys should get 😉

And of course…made with love again ❤️ (thanks to the small break-up period 🙃)
