A new beautiful collaboration with bringing her preserves to Field’s pantry and to the menu!

Our dear friend Praxia is the magic behind every jar, making small-batch fruit preserves in honor of her grandmother, Salma Habeeb. Rooted in the Lebanese tradition of mouneh, the fruit is preserved seasonally as an act of hospitality, gratitude, and connection. Her preserves bring together the classic flavors of the Middle East and the seasonal rhythms of the Pacific Northwest, a celebration of culture, land, and community.

Rhubarb & Omani Lime Preserve
Quince Rosewater Preserve
Pomegranate Aleppo Pepper Jelly
