Pears have always been a favorite of ours to play with when it comes to cocktails, and with pears in season into the fall, you have got to try these two mouthwatering drinks 🤤
Chili Pear Martini 🍐 🍸
2 oz pear juice25 oz Chipotle Chili Simple Syrup
1.5 oz Gin
Brown butter caramelized pear garnish

Spiced Pear Old Fashion 🍐 🥃
1.25 oz Rye Bourbon 25 oz Chipotle Chili Simple Syrup
1.5 oz pear juice
2-3 dash of angostura bitters
Lemon peel garnish

Let's talk glassware...
From coupes to rocks glasses, bright colors to basic neutrals. Glassware is everywhere and in so many shapes and sizes. If you have a vision of how to display your liquid concoction, odds are that the glassware already exists. Thrifted and antique glasses are popping up all over in the bar scene, and to be honest, we are here for it! It makes us so happy to see the blend of new techniques and garnishes with glassware made sometimes over 100 years ago. So next time you are putting together the look for your cocktail, be sure to look around. Go thru your family collections, peek thru garage sales and thrift shops. It can completely change how you view your next drink. Truly, these adorable glass sets were not meant to just live on a shelf. Use them!

Carmel Apple Spritz:

1-1/4 oz vodka
1/2 oz lillet blanc
3-4 drops orange blossom water
1/2 oz orange juice
3/4 Cinamon Carmel Apple syrup

*Roll all ingredients with apple juice or club soda depending on how sweet you want it

*Garnished with orange slices and cinamon stick

Hey everybody! We know it's been quite some time, but we hope you all know that we still love ya, love what we do, and love getting together and creating something new. We are still available to host and bartend private events and love collaborating with other businesses! Keep us in mind for your next party or collaborative event, but for now, we are gonna continue to post some of our most favorite cocktails with the recipes for you all to enjoy at home!

A safe place for ALL to gather! The "Q"ueer Enoteca PRIDE Playlist Social - w/ Foxy Pours starts at 7 pm and proceeds go to support this great place! $20 at the door includes first drink and $5 cocktails after that. We can't wait to see our community 😊

Wow! We took a few days to rest up but we for sure wanted to take the time to thank every one of you involved in Sunday's Adult Summer Camp Pop-Up! First of all, J.O.B Public House. Shon & Danny are so easy to work with and thank you for being such fantastic hosts and letting us use their beautiful space for the day. Secondly, The Sauce Band ! You all were so amazing from the very first time we mentioned it to you! Your whole sound is unmatched and every member is completely professional and of course ready to have fun:) To our crew of helpers, you know who you are and we would not have been successful without you. And very importantly, our campers! You all were not messing around in that heat, you came fully dressed on theme, happy camper attitudes, and ready to try out all our cocktails:) We know not everything went perfectly (Melted Boozy Popsicles lol) but we have the best people at these events! You all Rock! Truly, Thank You! Our hearts are full and we had such a blast 🦊💕
