With the release of Ty Iechyd Da’s Songbird Skylark Gin, our team asked our cocktail creators at each of our venue locations to come up with their idea of the perfect Skylark cocktail and they did not disappoint!

Our master mixologists at The Snug crafted the fun and refreshing Gin Daisy comprised of our new Songbird Skylark Gin, maraschino, mandarin cordial, lemon juice, peychaud bitters, shaken on ice and topped with club soda.

All of our locations will be serving their very own, created in house, signature Skylark cocktail…starting this week.

Question…it’s National Coffee Day. Does an espresso martini count?

Our mixologists at The Snug happen to think so. Even though you can’t come see us here today, if you DM us “Sabrina” we going to send you that espresso…cocktail recipe. Make it at home then come see us this weekend at The Snug and see how yours compares to ours!

09/20/2026

The Snug is open today from 12-4 PM…

Swing in and ask our master cocktail crafters what they can create for you with our very own Ty Iechyd Da Distillery Songbird Goldfinch Gin.

We know you’ll love it so much you can grab a bottle for yourself to take home at the end.
