Question: What defines a speakeasy to you?

Google has been listing us for years as a “speakeasy” and it’s time we address it. Sorry to disappoint, but by modern standards, our entrance is far too available and visible to be considered clandestine.

That being said, the days of prohibition are long gone so are there really any true speakeasies still out there?Probably not. However, if you wish to explore a fantasy of a “speakeasy” Deep Dive, we’d happily indulge… As long as you don’t keep us a secret. (Tell all your friends!)🍸

Spring menu sneak peek: This isn’t your average “root beer float”. Ingredient-wise it’s not particularly close either. But tastes can be deceiving…

Inspired by a little nostalgia and a bartender challenge we bring you “Stacy Upon Canterbury”, a fun play on a classic sweet treat made with whiskey, amaro ( whiskey, Ramazotti to be exact) and a spritz of absinthe. Would you try this?

🥄One last bite. Do you prefer sweet, savory or… Something in between?

For a classic dessert: Olive oil gelato with fennel pollen, chocolate bark, and granola.

If your appetite is leaning more European: Gorgonzola mousse with pear preserves, walnuts, and focaccia toast. A savory, sweet in-between.

This pairing is full of fresh flavors from bite to sip. Hibiki is our pick for this dish because it features a light citrus and floral flavor that pairs perfectly with the coho’s subtle umami flavors.
