I’m heading home to India with and I’d love for you to join me.

I grew up traveling through my homeland of Northern India watching my father and grandfather cook over coal fires, grinding masala by hand, and teaching me that food carries memory. This trip is a chance to revisit that world and share it with you. We’ll taste the dishes that defined my childhood, meet the cooks who keep these traditions alive, and explore how India continues to influence my own cooking today.
