A little behind-the-scenes look into how we create our custom studio photoshoots at Times Square Photo Studio ✨

This cake smash session is a perfect example of how the entire process works — from the first client inquiry and planning stage to designing the setup, selecting the color palette, preparing the studio, photographing the session itself, and delivering the final gallery.

For this photoshoot, the client simply shared the baby’s outfit with us, and based on those colors, we developed a complete concept for the backdrop and overall aesthetic of the session. From empty studio walls to a fully transformed custom setup, every detail was carefully planned to create a cohesive and beautiful experience for the family.

This beautiful Central Park photoshoot was created for a talented young dancer visiting New York City on a school trip ✨

She and her mom traveled from out of state and scheduled a dance-inspired photoshoot with Times Square Photo Studio to capture this special moment in her journey as she continues pursuing her dream of becoming a professional dancer.

The weather that day was gloomy and honestly far from what most people would call “ideal” for photos — but somehow everything came together perfectly. The movement, the outfit, the atmosphere of Central Park, and the client’s incredible energy created something truly cinematic and timeless. These photos honestly feel like they belong in a movie scene.

At Times Square Photo Studio, we love creating personalized dance and movement-inspired sessions that highlight emotion, artistry, elegance, and personality. Our founder and head photographer, Anna Meshcheri, has dance experience herself, which helps her naturally guide dancers through movement, posing, and creating dynamic, graceful imagery.
