Y’all know the drill—new month, new Martini Tuesday.

Is a Negroni a martini? Not really. Do we care? Also not really. A good menu has range, and there’s always something bitter and herbal for the people who want it—no excuses.

There’s a fine line between giving people what they want and getting them to try something new—so we did both. Think of this as our Dirty Martini, upgraded.

Rums, cognac, pistachio & orchard nuts, matcha, & pineapple. This complexity in this number is unreal!

CROWD FAVORITE… possibly?…probably. The Dew Drop by has been a standout on our NEW spring menu—and it definitely doesn’t hurt that it’s easy on the eyes, too. The textbook definition of crushable.

st lucian rum, honeydew, tarragon, white pepper, maraschino

Fun fact: an earlier version of this drink first appeared on a past menu as a non-alcoholic option. It was so good we brought it back, added a little rum, and somehow made it even better. 🍈

Continuing the theme of cocktails that are a little intense and very intentional, ’s Lion’s (Mane) Tail lands on the classics & riffs section of the menu — yes, the name is doing some work here.

brown butter–washed corn whiskey, mushrooms, sauternes, amaro, pimento, acids

It leans just left of tradition, replacing the usual lime with a layered acid blend that keeps the drink bright, structured, and surprisingly refreshing. Julia will happily explain exactly what’s going on in the glass.

Yes — today is Martini Tuesday, but the new cocktails are too good not to talk about too!

There’s a running joke that does the absolute most when she builds a cocktail, but we let her, because it always turns out phenomenal. Even when a drink reads simple on the menu, the build behind it is usually anything but. More ingredients, more intention, better result.

The Clarified Garibaldi 2.0
vodka, rosato aperitivo, Pineau des Charentes, yuzu, topped with house-made orange foam to mimic the frothy orange juice the classic Garibaldi is known for.
