Thoughtful, discerning, grounded, observant, devoted, intentional, and quietly powerful. Virgo energy finds beauty in the details — refining, tending, organizing, and caring for what matters with purpose.

Our Virgo cocktail draws on ingredients chosen to strengthen that energy:

VODKA — Clean, clear, and precise. A neutral spirit for clarity, focus, and discernment — allowing every element around it to express itself without distraction.

LAVENDER — An herb of purification, peace, and protection. Lavender quiets mental noise and brings calm to Virgo’s active mind, helping careful thought become clear intention.

LEMON — Cleansing, bright, and clarifying. Lemon clears stagnant energy, sharpens focus, and brings freshness and optimism to Virgo’s practical nature.

PLUM — Associated with wisdom, resilience, abundance, and transformation. Plum brings richness and softness to Virgo energy, encouraging the rewards that come from patience, care, and cultivation.

🌟 This past June, we introduced a separate spell menu featuring spells from past menus. It has been so popular! And fun to share a wider array of spells from our catalogue.

🎃Our fall many drops in a couple weeks and we will be keeping the spell menu as a main page! The spells will change, so come in and browse the current selection while they last!

🌀Each new menu, we introduced 6 new spells and cocktails. All spells are created by us, and use real metaphysical processes that are rich in history and symbolism.

🌼 What makes a witch bar different from other bars? The magical ingredients of course. 🤭✨ Every season, we source organic ingredients that you don't usually find on a craft cocktail menu - like daylilies!

Daylilies are common (which we love) but did you know they are also edible? Yup! Just remove the stamens and they can be cooked like vegetables. The flowers and buds provide vitamins A and C, protein, and antioxidants.

Metaphysically, their energy is deeply tied to letting go of the past, easing obsessive control, and restoring emotional harmony.

🥃 We make a Daylily syrup then combine it with Bourbon, Strega, Pimm's, Day Tripper Strawberry Amaro, and Lemon then top it with a house made Stinging Nettle and Campari foam.

⭐️ Of course, we design our cocktails to pair with a spell. This cocktail is named Gentle Force, and the spell uses magnets to bind two desires together (like more flowers to your garden, or more money to your wallet!)

🌼💛 Our current spell menu runs through mid September, so if you haven't had a chance to taste the magick of summer, come visit us soon!

Every one of our cocktails is thoroughly researched and designed to support the metaphysics of its paired spell. Regardless if you do the spell or not, the cocktail is unique and delicious.

🪺 There's something special about these Robin nests on display in the back picture nook. Most came from my home, and a few from my Mom's home over the past few years.

Robins work so hard to build a nest for their little eggs. It's amazing to see how unique they are, yet all with the same intention - to keep safe. They all make use of the surrounding resources - grasses, mud, dried flower stems.

Most of these nests, my kiddo and I watched get built, then watched the mommy sit on the nest for weeks - through thunderstorms, sunshine, cold, and warm spring breezes. Day and night... we would check, "Is Birdy okay?"

Displaying them in the bar feels like honoring their craft, their commitment, and their symbolism.

Part of me hopes one day this whole wall will be filled with nests. Almost like a quiet reminder that life keeps moving forward, time keeps passing, but we always make time to protect our loved ones and make space that feels like home.

🌾 Happy Lammas Witches!! The first apples. Golden fields. That first hint in the air that summer won’t last forever.

Lammas celebrates the first harvest and the beginning of the slow turn toward autumn. We love our sabbat cocktails and jump at the opportunity to work with ingredients that mark the change of seasons. Even though Lamas is traditionally celebrated with grain and wheat, we were enveloped in the softer approach - through the orchard. ❤️🍎

Lammas:
vodka, fresh apple juice, toasted coriander apple cider reduction, lemon, Galliano, and Fruit Belt apple marigold tonic.

Come in and celebrate! This one's for soaking in those late summer rays on the patio! 🥰☀️
