Happy Thanksgiving to ya'll !!!
Ingredients
2 oz Repisado Tequila
1 oz Cointreau
½ oz fresh lime juice
2 oz Pumpkin Spice Puree
Pumpkin Spice Puree:
1 cup light brown sugar
1 cup water
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
½ teaspoon ground ginger
⅛ teaspoon ground clove
1 (15 oz) can pumpkin puree
Note: this will make more puree than is needed for one cocktail.
Spiced Rim:
2 Tablespoons coarse sea salt
1 Tablespoon brown sugar
¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
Cinnamon sticks for garnish
Lime wedges
Instructions
In a sauce pan combine brown sugar, water and spices for the simple syrup. Bring to a simmer and and cook over medium-low stirring until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat and cool completely.
Whisk in canned pumpkin once syrup is cooled and chill or set aside until ready to use.
Make the rim mixture by combining coarse sea salt, brown sugar and cinnamon on a small plate.
Wet the rim of your margarita glass with a lime wedge and dip in the salt mixture. Fill glass with ice and set aside to make the cocktail.
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice combine: 2 oz tequila, 1 oz Cointreau, ½ oz lime juice and 2 oz of pumpkin simple syrup puree. Shake until well chilled.
Strain into prepared glass, garnish with cinnamon stick and enjoy babes!!!!

Black Di*ck cocktail

Ingredients (serves 1):

2 oz silver tequila
1 oz orange liqueur (like Cointreau or Triple Sec)
1 oz fresh lime juice
½ oz agave syrup or simple syrup
¼ tsp activated charcoal (food-grade, for black color)
Black salt or sugar for ri***ng (optional)
Ice
Lime wheel or star anise for garnish

Instructions:

Optional: Rim your glass with black salt or sugar by rubbing a lime wedge around the edge and dipping it.
Fill a shaker with ice.
Add tequila, orange liqueur, lime juice, agave syrup, and activated charcoal.
Shake well for 10–15 seconds until chilled and evenly black.
Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice or serve straight up in a chilled coupe.
Garnish with a lime wheel or a spooky touch like star anise.

💙🩵Tito's Blueberry Coconut Mojito 💙🩵

Ingredients:

2 oz Tito's Handmade Vodka
1 oz coconut rum
1/2 cup fresh blueberries
1/2 lime, cut into wedges
1 tablespoon sugar
8-10 fresh mint leaves
1/4 cup coconut water
Club soda
Ice cubes
Fresh mint sprigs and blueberries (for garnish)
Directions:

1️⃣ In a sturdy glass or cocktail shaker, muddle the fresh blueberries, lime wedges, sugar, and mint leaves until the blueberries are well mashed and the mint is fragrant.

2️⃣ Add Tito's Handmade Vodka, coconut rum, and coconut water to the muddled mixture. Stir well to combine.

3️⃣ Fill a glass with ice cubes. Pour the blueberry coconut mixture over the ice.

4️⃣ Top off the glass with club soda, stirring gently to combine all the ingredients.

5️⃣ Garnish with fresh mint sprigs and blueberries. Serve immediately and enjoy baby!!!!!!
