Come get your snack on with all new bites from Spyre 🌿 Swipe to see the goods!

Meat and cheese board:

rhubarb jam, rotating meats & cheeses, accoutrements

The rhubarb jam is Spyre house made jam. Featuring cheeses from Cheese People of Grand Rapids and meats/produce from local farms

Mini cheese board:

Idle Pastures chevre goat cheese, honey, apple crisps, crackers

Pinto bean hummus:

chestnut tahini, handmade pita, charred leek powder, garlic, roasted veggies, pickled veggies

Tahini is made from Roasted chestnuts sourced from Nash nurseries in Jackson Michigan.

Tart cherry salsa:

tart cherries, jalapeno, tomato, cilantro, onion, guajillo, citrus, mitten chips

Tart cherries come from Nyblad orchard. Guajillo chili comes from Thomas natural roots in Ionia Michigan and our Michigan citrus is a rhubarb based citrus alternative made by Spyre.

Plum and lemon balm sorbet:

woodruff, plum, cherry jus, brown sugar tulle, citrus

The woodruff is hand foraged by Spyre and then they use Long Road Distillers bourbon to infuse the woodruff to make the vanilla alternative. The plums are preserved plums from last year, so it is zero waste! Cherry jus is the juice of young cherries that comes from Black Star Farms which make the compote on the plate.

What makes this one special is the balance of savory winter spice flavors with super light summery flavors. Though there are no spices in it. Perfectly complimented by the red wine pour over.
