Spring is in the air at Less Traveled 🌼

Bright, floral, and playful flavors bloom in our exclusive Spring Cocktail Menu, available from Tuesday, March 17th through mid-May.

Here’s a peek at a few of the cocktails, listed in the order of the photos:

On our House Cocktail list:

Fjord Explorer – Original Aquavit meets pineapple, orange, lemon, almond, and demerara, a citrusy voyage with a nutty flourish.

The Marooned Barrel – Straight Bourbon, Amaro Pazzo, lime, passion fruit, vanilla cacao, demerara, almond, and tiki bitters for a lush, tropical escape.

It’s a Fish – Dry Gin, lemon, pineapple, almond, and aromatic bitters, crisp and lively like a spring breeze.

For a Zero Proof refresh:

Devil’s Day Off – San Bitter, grapefruit, and cinnamon, a sparkling twist on the season’s zest.

Michigan-made with Red Winter Wheat from Heffron Farms, juniper, lime, grapefruit, bay leaf, Thai basil, and more. Naturally colored with butterfly pea flower, it shifts from royal blue to bright pink depending on your mixer. Bring a bottle home and use the cocktail recipe below to create some magic!

Throwing it back to our Spring Menu last year, The Excursion:

• 2 oz Sovereign Gin
• ½ oz bar simple syrup
• ½ oz lime juice
• Serve over ice

Fun science experiment: pour lime juice at the end and watch the vibrant purple turn to light pink right in your glass right before your eyes ✨
