Inspired by Chef Liu Fang, founder of Abundance Culinary and a 2025 StarChefs Rust Belt Rising Star, the Honey Ma Reviver reflects her talent for balancing tradition with local accessibility. Sichuan vodka, red tea aperitivo, honey, orange, and baijiu come together in a cocktail that starts bright and citrusy before building into the lingering málà heat that defines so much of the cuisine she celebrates.
