Meridian chefs Eduardo Osario, Rogelio Chavez & Oscar Gonzales from Monarch prepare a taste of summer paired with beverages from the Jettison barfolk Jonathan, Flint & Tori.
The tasting menu is set forth below and will include 3-4 drinks throughout the dinner.
