The Library Bar at Atlas Bishop Arts is turning into a late-night Tokyo hideaway — think bright yuzu, soft lychee, delicate florals, and crisp highballs. A menu built for easy sipping, long conversations, and saying kanpai with the right people.

The door stays closed.
The neon stays on.
