To everyone who’s been part of the journey, whether you’ve been with us since day one or just discovered us, thank you for making Atlas what it is today.

Dallas, you’ve given us five incredible years, and we’re just getting started.

Celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month the Atlas way - through music, movement, craft, and a few very good pours.

October 7: Salsa lessons with Diego Velasquez from 9–10 PM, followed by DJ EJ Galvez 🦋 until close.

October 14: Design your own cantarito glass from 6–8 PM and take it home with you.

Tequila Herradura will be along for both, with featured drinks including the Unidos, Somos Mas Paloma, Spicy Pineapple Margarita, and Mexican Layover.

Atlas Bishop Arts has been named a 2026 Dallas Observer Readers’ Choice winner for Best Cocktail Bar.

To everyone who’s pulled up a chair, brought a friend, shared a round, worked behind the bar, or voted for us — thank you for making Atlas what it is today. We built Atlas to bring a little of the world to Bishop Arts, and Dallas made it feel like home.

Join us September 23 from 8 PM–2 AM for a Havana Nights-inspired anniversary party, featuring a special cocktail menu, live cigar rolling, a photo booth, gifts for our first 50 guests, and music all night.
