Big news from San Francisco. A Double Gold, a Gold, and two Silvers!

Echo Spirits just earned four medals at the 2026 San Francisco World Spirits Competition, including Double Gold for Elusive Herbal Liqueur.

That means one of the spirits we’re most excited about - our layered, botanical, cocktail-friendly herbal liqueur - was recognized as one of the best at one of the most respected spirits competitions in the world.

Good drinks are one thing. Knowing how to make them - and sharing them with people - that’s something else.

We’re teaming up with our neighbors at The Wag - Dog Bar for a cocktail class on April 28 at 7pm. You’ll learn how we make our spirits, how to build better cocktails, and how to turn a simple drink into something worth sharing.

If you’ve ever wanted to step behind the bar a little, this is a good place to start.
