The MATERIAL GIRL was Sydney's Vol. IV homage to the song of the same name. Vodka, Strawberry, and Prosecco made it an instant hit and the momentum rolled through that entire menu. Sure enough, it came back for the Retrospective menu and has been extremely popular again.

The INTO THE WILD was the first bourbon cocktail to appear on one of our menus. Originally built with Echo Spirits Blended Bourbon (our first venture into that world) it now features our Small Batch Bourbon.

With several locally foraged ingredients and roots that trace back to our original 985 series of cocktails, it's a cocktail that connects a lot of Echo history in a single glass.
