It’s officially Rachel’s last night behind the bar at Mouton 💔 She has played such an essential role in the making of our menus. She is the creator of most tiki things, all of our clarified milk punches, and most of our 7 ingredient cocktails that drive Theo crazy 😜 but they are delicious none the less. We can not wait to continue to work with you in the future. Come say your goodbyes and let’s send Rachel off into our next venture together in the best way possible! 🥂

Logan Demmy was the first bar manager at MOUTON -- a creative force felt the world around as he embarked on his "around the world" bartending career after his meteoric impact on MOUTON and the Columbus cocktail community.

This menu insert (swipe) was inspired by Todd and Jon traveling the world and bringing back new ideas to inspire the creativity of the staff. These drinks were a shift to classic worldly cocktail templates creating beautiful and tasty drinks. We often sold the classic, and the MOUTON take, side-by-side for our guest experiences.

We are proud of the man you were, have been, and have become!
