You can usually tell where Darien is before you actually see him.
Somewhere in the distance there’s a laugh: loud, contagious, and impossible to ignore. Before long, half the room is laughing with him.
Whether he’s on the floor or helping out in the back, Darien brings a positivity that cuts through even the busiest days. His presence brightens our dark dining room, lightens the mood in the kitchen, and reminds all of us that hospitality should be fun.
