The Aviary A cocktail bar, redefined. By Grant Achatz and The Alinea Group. Chicago. The Aviary is the Alinea Group's cocktail lounge concept.

Doors open at 5:00 PM, 5 nights a week. Our menu features creative cocktails and chef-designed bites. We are currently offering a 3-Course Cocktail Progression as well as a la carte drinks and bites experience. Also available is a carefully selected list of some of our favorite spirits, beers, wine, and Champagne. Reservations can be made at https://www.exploretock.com/theaviary
