We’re excited to introduce one of the newest additions to our winter menu ❄️ 🍐

Creamy burrata, delicate prosciutto, rocket, Parmigiano, and red wine–poached pears, brought together in a dish that celebrates simple, authentic Italian flavours.

The pears are gently poached in red wine, adding a subtle richness that perfectly balances every bite.

This is just the beginning - we’ll be sharing more of our new winter menu with you over the coming weeks!
