Starting tomorrow, weekends at Draft Land TST come with a little something extra. From all-day brekkie and Moroccan baked eggs to cheesy kimchi toasties and a yogurt bowl for a lighter start, there’s something for every kind of brunch mood.

在香港經典小吃裡加上一點日式小巧思，就變成了這款超受歡迎的章魚燒魚蛋。🇭🇰🇯🇵 選用一顆顆飽滿Q彈的長洲大魚蛋，先放進鰹魚高湯裡慢慢燉煮，讓魚蛋吸飽滿滿鮮香。接著淋上濃郁的日式章魚燒醬，再撒上一大把柴魚片，鹹香濃郁、醬香十足，每一口都超滿足。小心一不留神，盤子就已經空了喔。😋🍻

Our Takoyaki Fish Balls bring a Japanese twist to a Hong Kong favourite. We start with big, bouncy Cheung Chau fish balls and let them simmer slowly in bonito broth. Once they’re ready, they get a generous coating of takoyaki sauce and a final sprinkle of bonito flakes — savoury, saucy, and seriously satisfying. It's the kind of snack that disappears in a blink!

超級感謝每一位來參加開幕夜的朋友，有你們一起玩，這個晚上才這麼精彩！從熟悉的老朋友，到第一次見面的新面孔；從大家熟悉的 #14，到全新的雞尾酒，我們很開心，終於可以正式把尖沙咀當作我們的新家。
派對雖然結束了，但還是一杯接一杯持續供應中。有空就來坐坐，點杯喜歡的，繼續把這份好氣氛延續下去。🍸

And just like that… Draft Land TST is officially open.
A massive thank you to everyone who came through to celebrate our grand opening night, you made our night! From old friends to new faces, everyone’s favourite #14 to new cocktails, we’re so happy to finally call Tsim Sha Tsui home.
