Nestled within Attire House is Bar De Luxe, a Japanese cocktail bar that has been brought to life by Ueno Hidetsugu, the legendary mixologist and owner of Tokyo’s internationally renowned cocktail mecca, BAR HIGH FIVE. Ueno san’s protégé, Yuriko Naganuma, has moved from Tokyo to spearhead the long anticipated launch of Hong Kong’s Bar De Luxe as Head Bartender.

A warm & comforting bourbon cocktail that wraps you in layers of spice and sweetness. 🍷

House‑infused peanut butter bourbon brings a roasted nuttiness, while homemade masala chai adds that warm, spiced masala chai 🧉aroma for a cozy, aromatic backbone.

Salted vanilla lifts the flavour with a gentle savoury twist, finished with a soft popcorn cream cap that turns every sip into a playful grown‑up treat.

“Spice Girl” 是一款口感紮實又富有層次的Bourbon based Cocktail。底蘊採用自家浸製的花生醬波本威士忌，帶出濃郁的堅果烘焙香氣, 配合秘製的 Masala Chai，以香料的溫潤感增加酒體的厚度。🍷

最特別在於面層綿密的爆谷奶蓋配上鹹雲尼拿提味，入口先會感受到滑溜的 Creamy 質感，隨之而來是香甜交織的風味。整體口感醇厚，餘韻溫暖，非常適合慢慢細味。

以冷泡鐵觀音做基底，茶香清幽帶少少果同花香，入口順滑又唔澀。配搭 Moskovskaya 伏特加、鮮榨青蘋果汁、Italicus 佛手柑利口酒同 St‑Germain 接骨木花，帶出淡淡柑橘同白花香氣，酒體清爽、酸甜平衡，好易入口、好啱唔想飲太 heavy 嘅客人。
