Bit of a whirlwind trip to Waterford (via Dublin) to play at Electric Avenue with SX2. Huge thanks to Scott, Clive and the good people of Waterford for the wonderful hospitality. Looking forward to having you boys back in Manchester in February for another Kibosh ❤️

We've been sussing out Waterford ahead of tonight's party with SX2. What a lovely part of the world! Also enjoyed a very pleasant few hours exploring the drinking establishments of Dublin in between the plane and train. Very much looking forward to bringing the Kibosh sounds to Waterford's Electric Avenue tonight 🙌❤️

Minor update to the earlier post - The Kibosh x Evil Plans party will be taking place on Saturday the 12th of December.

Something else we neglected to mention is that Dan and Alex will be playing at the Jezebell takeover at The Golden Lion on the 21st of November. It's an incredible line-up and we highly recommend getting involved -

Our next Jezebell weekend takeover is a doozy! Headlining is Wallace alongside a wondetful bunch of selectors

Good morning Kiboshers, this is another one of those save the dates/what's coming up type posts. It's accompanied by a photo of a rather dashing 1970s milkman for no discernable reason other than to grab your attention. If you're reading this then perhaps it worked and you have a penchant for 1970s milkman.

Anyway, moving swiftly on...

The current scheduling is looking like this:

Friday the 2nd of October - Kibosh in Residence (residents night)

Saturday the 7th of November - Kibosh meets Edinburgh and Fife as we welcome the excellent Zoe Jordan (Zoe from Finance) and the Ganghaus crew

Saturday the 12th of December - Kibosh x Evil Plans with Jamie Tolley and ED Tomlinson making the trip up from the south coast

Saturday the 6th of March - Rich Lane and Jack Butters joining us for a chuggy spring affair.

Some absolutely belting guests in store and we can't wait to welcome them all to Manchester.

All of the above will be hosted at the wonderful OverDraught MCR (thanks Mikel!)

All of the events will be free entry (as always!)

Proper event pages will be set up in due course but for now get those dates in your diaries!

Not long now until Kibosh despatch a delegation to the big smoke for an afternoon/evening of hedonism with our good friends Mark Bailey and Graham Brand. We're expecting it to be chuggy, wonky, and at times completely deranged as we chart an eclectic musical voyage over the course of several hours. Hopefully see a few of you down there. It's gonna be fun!

Kibosh hits the road in August, first stop being Henge in Brixton. This is a joint venture with our South London brethren, Year Zero (Man 2.0 and Graham Brand) who played an absolutely blinding closing set for us at our February party in Manchester.
This is a day/night party, starting at 3pm and on until 12.30am so a bit of a marathon session. Not really expecting our Manchester crowd to follow us down for this (although you’re very welcome!) but if you know folk in the South who could do with a bit of Kibosh in their lives please do pass on the details.
All are welcome and freaky dancing is actively encouraged.

Good afternoon Kiboshers, it may be a while off but this is one of those save the date posts. We're delighted to announce that we'll be having a Kibosh at the legendary Golden Lion in Todmorden on Saturday 3rd July 2027. Those of you familiar with both Kibosh and The Lion will know why we're so excited about this - it's definitely got the makings of a winning combo. Full details of the line-up and guests to follow but as a starter for 10 you can expect the Kibosh residents to be joined by Nessa Johnston and William Meadowcroft. We're expecting to start things chilled in the afternoon before cranking it up for the evening session. As is to be expected with Kibosh parties, the event will be free entry.
