Very excited to introduce our friend for her debut 🎧 night at GaLacTicA THIS FRIDAY..
"I am Katy with a Y, the yoga teaching, reiki healing DJ. My passion is connecting people through music, encouraging people out of their comfort zones and taking them on a magical journey.
My soul music is DnB but I enjoy playing a wide range of genres, I’ve been influenced by a lot of different music in my life, but I’m mostly inspired by the amazingly talented creatives around me.
I am currently a resident DJ for an amazing Sober Rave/ Ecstatic dance at The Resonance Centre, an all important Well-being community hub in Manchester - B O R N F R E E -
I smiled whilst dancing thinking, you can’t explain this feeling this place or this night to anyone, it’s a feeling and it’s a fooking magical one 💫💫
I’ve always loved reading rooms and playing music to suit the mood, I started by making lots of playlists, then went on to have a go on the decks and realised I can incorporate my love for music along with sharing this medicine with others."
Katy also made her debut in October with VivSki & Friends, dazzling us at the finest city centre boozer, Piccadilly Central 🌟
Joining the cosmic party is Al:x Alex Ewart, with his second appearance on the GaLacTicA mothership.. and fresh from launching his very own night on Saturday in the heart of the Northern Quarter, Creased at Aatma 👏
Residehts Electric Gigi & DJ VivSki are going all out to make this a Christmas party night to remember 🛸👽
