One more fond farewell to Mr Nightjar himself, as he heads to pastures new after a formative ten years at Nightjar. Seba arrived at Nightjar ten years ago as a bar back, and over the next five years through hard graft, dedication and palpable love for the concept, worked his way to the top of the bar team. Since 2021 he’s been our Bar Director and more recently Bar Director, building a fantastic team around him and culminating in the crowning glory of our commemorative menu - our best to date.
It’s always hard saying goodbye to long-serving stalwarts, especially those as dear to our hearts as Seba. The silver lining is that he is leaving a real dream team to take over. Step up as Bar Director, as Bar Manager, and as Head Bartender.
Tonight (Friday 13th March) will be Seba’s last day behind the bar, so a chance for anyone who has had the pleasure of working with or encountering this legend@during his time with us to pop in and show their appreciation. We’re sure he would be delighted to see you! Tonight our door will be open to anyone who mentions his name. Expect a bit of a crush around the bar! ❤️
