The Mayil Reserve returns May 16th with a guided lineup, each pour offering something distinct.

Jaisalmer Gin: bright, botanical, and refreshing to begin.�Royal Ranthambore: smooth and easy-drinking with light spice.�Sangam World Malt: fruity and floral with a gentle hint of smoke.�Rampur Asava: finished in Cabernet Sauvignon casks, with bold fruit and soft tannins.�Rampur Double Cask: aged in bourbon and sherry casks, rich with dried fruit and warming spice.�Rampur Barrel Blush: a rare, dessert-like expression with notes of berries and florals.
