We’re kicking off the Trinity Bellwoods Neighbourhood Cocktail Crawl tomorrow, October 22, as part of the Toronto Cocktail Festival!

Join us for an evening of great cocktails, delicious bites, and a little neighbourhood bar hopping, featuring Sheringham Distillery.

This October, we’re taking you on a ride to the other side!

We’ve teamed up with Espolòn Tequila to bring Día de los Mu***os to Gigglewater, featuring exclusive cocktails, Mexican-inspired bites, and a whole new vibe.

And we’re ending the month with something special!

On October 31st, Espolòn is turning a Toronto streetcar into a moving Halloween party, taking guests on a ride through Dundas St. with Project Gigglewater as one of its stops!

If you’ve been in Gigglewater more than once, there’s a good chance you’ve seen them behind the bar. But what happens when the shift is over?

We asked:
🍸 First drink of the night: gin and soda big splash of lime
🥃 Last drink of the night: Shot of tequila
🍪 Post-shift snack: unused garnishes
❌ One thing he’d ban from the bar forever: Dirty martinis

Now you know… and now we know where all the garnishes have been going at the end of the night. 😂

By popular demand we have brought back the Roasted XO bone marrow dish! Topped with our savoury XO sauce, shallots, shiitake, bonito flakes, and served with toasted garlic sourdough. It’s definitely one of the must try dishes at Project Gigglewater!
