The Jungle Bird was created in Kuala Lumpur in 1973 as a welcome drink for the grand opening of the Kuala Lumpur Hilton. Made with Appleton Estate rum, Campari, lime, pineapple, and just enough sugar, it’s juicy, refreshing, and perfectly balanced without being too sweet.
Basically, it was made for patio season.
